The RDR is designed to serve as an aggregate overview of a provider's client level data.
The RDR is generated by following these steps:

Click Reports.

Click RDR.

Enter a Begin Date.

Enter an End Date.

Select the Provider Name.

Select a Report Scope.

Click Run.
Begin Date – The first date for the date span of the report. For some criteria in the RDR, client level data dates have to be on or after this date to be considered for the report.
End Date – The last date for the date span of the report. For some criteria in the RDR, client level data dates have to be on or before this date to be considered for the report.
Provide Name – The RDR is run for a specific provider selected.
Report Scope – The options include clients with any service or clients with service funded by Part A, B, C, or D funding. This refers to funding sources selected for the contracts the services were delivered under. Here is additional information about contracts and funding.
Additional Options when running the RDR:
Include HIV- (Affected) Clients – Sets the report to include clients with an HIV Status of HIV- (affected).
Include Part C Details Report – Includes demographics information for clients with Primary Care services and counts specific to Part C funded clients.
Include Part D Detail Report – Includes demographics information for clients with Part D funded services.
Apply Custom Filter – this will further filter a report based on criteria chosen.
To apply a custom filter to the RDR, follow these instructions:

Click Edit Filter.

Click Add.

Click a field to highlight it.

Click Use Field.

Complete the filter Criterion Details.

Click Save.
In this example, the RDR only includes women 25 years old or older.

Click Back.
-
Check Apply Filter.

Click Run.
This option creates a function in CAREWare to produce demographics break downs of clients by funding and by specific filtered groups like women over 25 from the WICY calculations.
Note: The Run PDF option opens the RDR results in a new tab as a downloadable PDF file.
