Resetting the Custom Field List

Three steps can be taken to refresh the custom field list in CAREWare:

  • Click Toggle Search On and Off for any custom field that is active.
  • Clear the Cache in Central Administration.
  • Restart the CAREWare Business Tier service.


To try resetting the custom field list Toggle Search follow these instructions:

  1. Log into Central Administration.
  2. Click Administrative Options.
  3. Click Custom Features.
  4. Click Custom Fields.
  5. Click Custom Tab 1.
  6. Check a provider.
  7. Click Manage Selected Provider.
  8. Click any active custom field.
  9. Click Toggle Search.
  10. Click Toggle Search again.

 

To reset the custom field list using Clear Cache follow these instructions:

  1. Log into Central Administration.
  2. Click Administrative Options.
  3. Click Server Management.
  4. Click Clear Cache.


Here are instructions for restarting the CAREWare Business Tier service.
