CAREWare retains a log of exported records by provider displaying a count of client level data for each table in the Export History. The Export History is a useful tool to confirm the accuracy of exports or as a brief report on counts of client level data entered during a date span or based on filter criteria setup in a Provider Data Export.
Note: The results in the Export History are based on Provider Data Export settings, which can be reviewed here.
Export Date – This is the date/time the export was run.
Provider Name – This is the name of the provider the data was exported from. Selecting a multi-provider export generates one record per provider included in that export.
Begin Date – This is the Start Date selected in the Provider Data Export menu.
End Date – This is the End Date selected in the Provider Data Export menu.
User – This is the user that ran the Provider Data Export. If the user is System, that means the CAREWare Business Tier ran the export. Scheduled exports use the user System for exports.
Client Level Table Counts – This is a count of the number of client records in each table.
Note: Clients are included in an export if that client has client level data in any other table or if only Name is selected for the Provider Data Export without a date span to get the entire client list. Other client level data is included as long as the record has a date for the critical date that is during the date span selected for the export. Example: There are 145 test exported for an export with a start date of 1/1/2023 and an end date of 12/31/2023. That means that each of those 145 tests had a date during 2023. If Use Last Updated Date is checked in the Provider Data Export menu, then the 145 records included would have been records that were edited during 2023. That could mean that the tests were entered in a prior year and just edited in 2023.
