Custom report results can be exported automatically to the CAREWare server as CSV files by scheduling CSV Report Exports.

 

1. Click Administrative Options.

2. Click Data Import and Export Features.

3. Click Scheduled CSV Report Export.

 

 

To create a CSV Report Data Export schedule, follow these instructions:

 

1. Click Add.

2. Select a Report.

3. Enter a File Name Prefix for the exported CSV file.

4. Enter the Output Path (This path is for a file folder location on the CAREWare server).

5. Complete the rest of the optional settings.

6. Click Add.

 

 

 

These optional settings are meant to replicate some of the settings found in the custom report run report menu.

 

Show Clients with Service Only – If checked the report results only include clients that had at least one service during the reporting period.

Show New Clients Only – If checked the report results only include clients that have an enrollment date during the reportign period.

Number of day's data to include in export – Set the date span for how far back data is included in the report from the date the report is run.

Repeat Type – Sets the frequency the reports are exported.

Last Even Date – Shows the last date the report was exported.

 

Once the CSV Report Data Export is saved. The Data Scope can be set to determine which providers are included in the results.

 

1. Click the Export Configuration.

2. Click Data Scope.

3. Check each provider to be included.

4. Click Save.

 

 

Once the data scope and configuration are set, CAREWare starts exporting the results based on the Periodicity shown in the CSV Report Data Export settings.

 

 

If specific days of the week are checked, the days are limited to those selected. If they are all unchecked, CAREWare exports them on every day if Daily is selected for the Repeat Type.
