Reviewing RSR data quality, explaining why a client is included or excluded, or validating a custom report before using its results.

Main warning

Report results depend on date span, provider scope, field subfilters, report filters, AND/OR logic, and parentheses. Validate counts with known client records before using them for RSR review.

Report type, date span, critical date, filter logic, and provider scope can change custom report results. Validate a small known sample before using counts for RSR review. The current term “Cross-Provider” is used throughout this guide for provider-scope settings.
