To adjust the Query Timeout Setting follow these instructions:

1. Go to C:\Program Files\CAREWare Business Tier.
2. Right click CW Admin.
3. Click Run as Adminstrator.
4. Click Stop Server.
5. Click the drop down arrow for Table Name.
6. Select LocalNumberStorage.
7. Click query Timeout.
8. Click Edit.
9. Under Setting: change the value (I. e. From 30 to 60). (This setting is in seconds.)
10. Click Save.
11. Click Start Server.
