User Timeout Setting

The User Timeout Setting is set to limit how long users can be idle and needs to be adjusted in the CAREWare Business Tier CW Admin Utility.


To allow users more time to be idle in CAREWare follow these instructions:


  1. Go to  C:\Program Files\ CAREWare Business Tier.
  2. Right click CW Admin.
  3. Click Stop Server.
  4. Select LocalNumberStorage from the table name combo box in the upper right corner.
  5. Click the tag UserTimeout.
  6. Click Edit.
  7. Change the number from 15 (default) to whatever you would like.
  8. Click Save.
  9. Click Start Server.
