Create Client List

When evaluating performance measures it may be important to see which clients meet the measure (In Numerator), which clients fail to meet the measure (Not In Numerator), or which clients are missing from the measure all together (Not In Denominator). The results of performance measures under Run Performance Measures and Performance Measure Groups appear as numeric totals and percentages. Create Client List, generates a printable list of clients based on the section selected. This list of clients, includes an option to go to the clients for review or to update client data in real time to improve the results of the measure.

 

To create a client list for a performance measure, follow these instructions:

 

  1. Click Reports.

  2. Click Performance Measures.

  3. Click Create Client List.

 

 

  1. Click a performance measure to highlight it.

  2. Click Use Selected.

 

 

  1. Click Edit.

  2. Select as As of Date.

 

As of Date – This date is essentially the end date of the report. Each individual subfilter uses this date to compare client data records in determining if those records qualify the client for inclusion in the results.

 

  1. Select a Performance Measure Section.

 

 

  1. Select an Output Format.

 

 

  1. Click Save.

  2. Click Create Client List.

 

 

Clients can be reviewed or edited by clicking on the client and then clicking Go to Client. If client records are viewed/edited, they are marked under Viewed to keep track. Once records are edited, the measure can be run again to see changes in the results.
